Angel Du$t – Australian Tour 2016

IG poster

Hailing from the city of Baltimore, these guys don’t fuck around when it comes to making rock music. You like the Lemonheads and the Bad Brains at the same time? Of course you do. This is kind of like that, but less heroin involved. ‘Rock The Fuck On Forever’ isn’t just the name of their new LP, it’s a fucking command. ‘Rock The Fuck On Forever, is a short burst of an album that packs a ton of melodic power into its 13 short tracks. It’s a supercharged album, one that never lets up even when its harmonies are soaring.

After extensive touring across America and Europe with a Japan tour just announced the time has come for Australia to get its first taste of Angel Du$t when they hit our shores end of September.
Joining them are Sydney’s Primitive Blast, comprised of members from bands such as Relentless and Mood Swing you know this band would pack a punch before you have even heard them and they never cease to deliver. With a brand new 7” coming out Primitive Blast are a band to watch out for over the coming months.

Reactions hit the road with Melbourne’s Oceans Grove

Audiences (and venues) beware, as those warped Melbournians in OCEAN GROVE and their white hot brand of odd world music will be invading Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane this September and October, in celebration of their new single, “Lights On Kind Of Lover.” Joining OG across all five dates will be good friends, and Adelaide’s most exciting new hardcore racket, REACTIONS.
Having impressed every audience they’ve been thrust in front of over the past twelve months, it was OCEAN GROVE’S recent, head-turning performance on the mammoth Equinox tour – where they joined Northlane, In Hearts Wake and Hands Like Houses – that has truly marked their arrival at a national level, with The Music stating, “A genre unto themselves, the band seemed to exude everything that was great about the ‘90s. Boasting discordance at all of the right moments, nu-metal rap and the modern breakdown flair, they were difficult to ignore. The vast combinations of styles worked in their favour, with the crowd kept engaged in an electric, youthful kind of energy.”
Emerging from the depths of Melbourne in 2010, OCEAN GROVE has continuously strived to develop a distinguishable sound like no other, a feat. they have now fully realised with “Lights On Kind Of Lover.” The single, their first release under the UNFD banner, has already notched up 300,000 streams on Spotify, while rapidly closing in on 100,000 views on YouTube.
Now in possession of some serious, big-stage candour, the “Lights On Kind Of Lover” shows promise to be as unique an experience as the band’s recorded output, making these dates some of the ‘can’t miss’ outings of 2016!
REACTIONS may be an unfamiliar name to some, but for those more entrenched in the hardcore community, the five-piece is one of the more hard working and unique acts to have spawned from the city of churches this decade. Tours with Xibalba and Antagonist AD took the band cross country, while local supports with Code Orange, Comeback Kid and scene stalwarts, Sick Of It All, have allowed REACTIONS to develop a live show that can rival many of their more heavily fancied, international counterparts.
The spotlight now belongs to OCEAN GROVE. Miss these shows at your own peril.

Friday, 30th September: Enigma Bar, Adelaide Lic AA
Saturday, 1st October: Evelyn Hotel, Melbourne 18+
Sunday, 2nd October: Phoenix Youth Centre, Melbourne AA
Friday, 7th October: Crowbar, Brisbane 18+

Grave Street Blues, A six-piece Rock and Roll band from Melbourne comprised of ex-members from No Way Out and Ikarii, meshing styles to bring you that classic Rock and Roll sound that people are drawn to adding their own punk rock twist, giving the boys the sound that they’re rapidly becoming renowned for.

After releasing their first demo early 2015, Grave Street Blues have wasted no time getting back into the studio to bring you “New Devil” a four track 7” which is the collaboration of genres, created by musicians who are no stranger to live music. After years working on separate projects, the collective experience produces a sound that is both fresh and new but oddly familiar.

This four song 7’’ is just a welcoming sample of what Grave Street Blues have to offer. Although new, they are a band that should not be over looked or taken lightly leaving your Gaslight Anthem or Against Me fan wanting more of this sounds that is Grave Street Blues
